I train weekly myself more weights in the Gym but I have attended one of T's sessions and it was challenging and rewarding one of the best Coaches I know and will recommend anyone to get involved 100% worth it accommodates to all ages and fitness levels 💯

T and Casey are great! They both help out when we’re struggling and push us past our limits because they believe in us.

They make the time and effort to make each session unique which is why I continue to attend.

Tonight was an amazing because I had fun, coach C helped me get better with my jumps I had to bend my knees and jump as far as I can then land like I was sitting in a chair, I look forward to the next session.
